The weather in Tokyo is really HOT these days, the temperature always around 30 degree in the day time. Sometimes with some raining!
I don't like this kind of weather so much... Too hot, and too too much raining... 
I was thinking about how less clothes should I wear in this summer time!? And, do I need to buy a pair of raining boots or shoes for the raining season!? 
Anyway, I will watch these days' weather, and make the decision for shopping or not... If it's necessary, I must to buy them, right!?
